Flipkart will host the announcement event of Poco M2 Pro on July 3, 2020. It is going to be the second Poco phone after the Xiaomi sub-brand was declared independent.
Flipkart has created a microsite for Poco M2 Pro that throws light on the specifications of the smartphone. It is going to be a budget smartphone with a quad rear camera setup including a 48MP primary camera.
Poco M2 Pro Expected Specs
As reported by GSMArena, Poco M2 Pro will come equipped with a 6.67-inch display and a massive 5020mAh battery with fast charge support.
Poco M2 will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor and will be based on the Android 10 operating system. Snapdragon will be accompanied by 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage. The top variant of the smartphone will come with a 6GB RAM.
In terms of camera specifications, Poco M2 will sport a quad rear camera setup including a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle-lens, 5MP tertiary sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone will also feature a 16MP front camera.
However, the specs mentioned above are subject to change as the company has not confirmed the official specs till now. As mentioned on Flipkart’s Poco M2 Pro microsite, the smartphone will be available starting from July 7, 2020.
As per the price of the smartphone is concerned, Poco M2 basic variant will be available in the market at a price range between Rs 13,000 and Rs 15,000. Poco will compete with other budget smartphones available in the market from Realme, Oppo, Vivo, and more.
