More About Fisker Ocean EV
Fisker Ocean EV is an electric SUV from U.S. EV maker Fisker Inc. Its makers claim that it’s the world’s most sustainable vehicle. It has a vegan interior and is made up of recycled materials, including abandoned fishing nets and plastics from the ocean.
Apart from this, there are many interesting facts about this electric SUV.
- Fisker has used in-house solid-state batteries for Ocean EV. These batteries could provide an all-electric range of 250-300 miles.
- Ocean EV will be offered with an all-wheel-drive configuration except for the base model. With this, its top-end model will be able to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3 seconds. If what Fisker says is true, then it will be quicker than GMC Hummer EV, which is capable of doing so in 3 seconds.
- The best part is that it’s super affordable, with a starting price of $37,499, and after the EV incentives, it will be around $30,000.
The company plans to start the first of its deliveries in 2022.
